This archive presents a collection of contemporary original compositions in the Karnataka Sangeeta (also called Carnatic) tradition. Each composition includes the notation in two scripts (Kannada and English), and where available, audio or video rendition of the composition.

Ramaprasad KV is a vaggeyakara working within the Karnataka Sangeeta tradition with about one hundred original compositions in this genre. Many of his compositions have been featured in music and dance concerts. He is a published author with four Kannada books to his credit.
This archive documents an evolving body of work, bringing together notated compositions and audio recordings to help those who would like to learn them. The notations are generally bilingual in English & Kannada.
